Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Job Responsibilities: As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implement designs with attention to detail.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain design documentation.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tools & Technologies:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience working with development teams and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Invision Studio) is desirable.
