We are seeking a potential candidate for our Treet Battery Limited located at Rawalpindi it's Warehouse.
Setup warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Performing all ERP Oracle processes required for receiving and dispatching.
Meeting timelines for loading / offloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure shipment and inventory transactions accuracy.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Performing inventory cycle counts as per plan.
Discuss and coordinate activities with other departments for routine operations.
Ensure that facility MHEs are properly maintained.
Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.
Liaison with forwarders/carriers for inward/outward shipments.
Report inventory levels to management on a regular basis.
Ensure that all documentation meets the given policy structure.
Monitor and manage stock rejections.
Ensure material safety and follow the warehouse locking/sealing protocols.
