You are able to develop, organize, teach, and assess students on curriculum related to the Arabic Language Subject and in line with the school’s guiding statements.

What will you do - Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated, full-time, Arabic LanguageTeacher with a background in working with student-athletes. The candidate must be able to provide education, assessments, evaluation and intervention strategies to the student-athletes.
An ability to contribute to the development of a high-performance culture is also required. All candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or related subjects. A Master's degree and/or Ph.D. from an accredited University is preferrable.
Here are the Main Responsibilities of an Arabic Teacher:
- Planning and delivering lessons to students
- Assessing, recording and reporting on student performance
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Developing teaching materials and resources
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students
- Develop and monitor Curriculum documents following Aspire curriculum and Supreme Education Council (SEC) guidelines
- Prepare and produce course textbooks and materials
- Lead substitute, backup, and makeup lessons to accommodate student-athlete educational needs
- Attend and conduct lessons while at team competitions and camps and supervise them.
- Apply code of conduct (COC) guidelines and procedures to behavior.
- Conduct placement tests for new students to diagnose their abilities
- Correct and give feedback to students on assignments
- Prepare report cards for students and meets with parents to discuss students results
- Assist in the recruiting process and help hire teachers upon delegation from administration or coordinator.
- Preparation of final exams, answer key, table of specification, grading and controlling)
- Speak before groups of people with poise, voice control, and confidence
- Attend and present at international and local workshops, seminars, and meetings
- Deliver workshops on professional development for Aspire Academy staff if possible.
- Advise, consult and support coaches in executing training activities aligned with psychological performance enhancement measures and how to facilitate basic to advanced self-regulation skills as required.
- Conduct psychomotor/ psychological testing to inform psychological profiles of student-athletes on Smartabase.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 4-6 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
- A degree in Arabic or related subjects.
- Excellent command of the Arabic language and culture.
- Proficient in teaching methodology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
