Associate Director of Sales

Duties and responsibilities related to the Associate Director of Sales role:

• Drive sales strategies customized for hotel offerings and market dynamics.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to boost room bookings and event sales.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting targets and providing continual support.
• Analyse occupancy trends and guest feedback to refine pricing and promotional tactics.
• Coordinate sales efforts for special events and group bookings, ensuring flawless execution and guest contentment.
• Collaborate with hotel departments like marketing and operations to elevate guest experience and revenue generation.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches.
• Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
