Our Client in the field of architecture, urbanism, interiors, landscape designs. 
 

Job Description:
 

1. Work with architects to generate detailed and accurate drawings
2. Work up schedules to reflect square footage amounts to help with estimating cost on materials
3. Work with the architect to help with scheduling and permitting process
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and working off sketches
5. Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team 
6. Complete DD and CD Set

Job Requirements:


 

1. 3+ years of Revit experience (must )
2. High attention to detail
3. Excellent organizational skills 
4. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal 
5. Self-motivated and able to take responsibility 
6. Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily task 
7. Flexible attitude
