BUSINESS ANALYST - ARABIC SPEAKER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that all specifications are clearly defined and understood.
• Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and other relevant documentation to accurately capture business needs and objectives.
• Communication: Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating requirements, priorities, and project updates in both Arabic and English.
• Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design effective solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed to facilitate the successful implementation of new systems or processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a bilingual (Arabic/English) environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
