About the job Concierge Supervisor/Manager (Native Arabic Speaker)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest standard of service.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the customer experience, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable process.
- Represent the brand with integrity and sophistication, embodying its values and standards in every customer interaction.
- Actively solicit and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care and to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Organize and manage exclusive events and experiences for customers, enhancing brand loyalty and engagement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury automotive services and customer care, and suggest innovative ideas to keep our services ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a concierge role or similar, preferably in the luxury automotive sector or high-end hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a discerning clientele.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for the Lexus brand and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required.
