Coming from an engineering background, preferably in civil or architectural disciplines, the General Manager will be instrumental in steering our company towards continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth, market presence, and profitability within the civil construction sector. - Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Provide guidance and support to project teams for successful project delivery. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends to expand the company's portfolio.
