Head of Procurement

NOTE: Candidate who are working for Marine Industry and who are locally based out of Qatar will be Considered.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

 Education

10-12 years in Procurement

At least 5 years in a managerial role

 Experience

Strong knowledge of automated procurement systems, Office and web applications

Skills Technical

Strong knowledge of local and international procurement and maritime laws and

procedures

Strong knowledge of procurement and Maritime procurement techniques, procedures, and policies

Strong knowledge of analysing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies

Strong knowledge and application of measuring & evaluating performance of suppliers and vendors.
