Job Description

  • Serving coffee to the guests when required.
  • Filling and photocopying documents for Admin.
  • Taking stationery & dispensing to the department by coordination with warehouse.
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the office and meeting room.
  • Keep track of printing paper and files stock.
  • Check and report the condition of photocopiers.
  • Making signboard, stickers etc. and laminating documents as per site requirement

Requirements
  • Presentable and humble in nature 
  • Good communication skill in English is must
  • Age limit between 20-33yrs 
  • Preferably Experienced
