Restaurant General Manager – Unique Upmarket Restaurant - Qatar
Salary Package: QAR 18000 + benefits
We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager, experienced in well renowned international culinary concepts/restaurant brands to join the team!
- Someone with the ability to create a unique guest experience.
- Plays a significant role in maximizing financial performance and attracting hotel and non-hotel guests by understanding the local market and effectively positioning the outlet.
- Is a team player, a strong leader and can take initiative, especially during peak periods.
- Has excellent international beverage knowledge and will be managing the property’s liquor inventories and controls.
- Manages the restaurant’s daily shift operations, supervision of staff with the ability to determine and implement training needs.
- Is passionate about hospitality and strives for high guest and employee satisfaction.
- Experience in GCC is preferred.
