For this Retail Duty Manager position, the client is searching for dynamic, high-energy, exceptionally presented individuals with experience managing high-end luxury outlets & international clientele in a demanding environment.

Requirements:

• Qualification with a minimum of four years of related high-end beauty brands experience.
• Experienced in handling multi-international brands.
• Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills and ability to train and develop subordinate skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
• Financial knowledge of Cash handling, banking, & working with budgets
• Operational knowledge of a Retail Environment.
• GCC experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
