Job Purpose



Develop a network of clients in Qatar buying bitumen and PMB (polymer modified bitumen) Oversee the entire Sales process, from securing LPOs to ensure payments, while documenting all transactions for comprehensive record-keeping. Coordinate with the Bahraini team to streamline sales operations ensuring efficient manufacturing and timely delivery of products to clients in Qatar via trucking logistics. Actively seeking business opportunities within the local market. The sales Manager will be backed up by accounts and finance team in Dubai

Skills



Proven track record in sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Prior experience in the construction materials industry, with a particular emphasis on bituminous materials, will be highly advantageous. Demonstrated proactivity, showing an ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive results. Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and nurturing of productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
