Job Description
Summary:
To support the Risk Manager for the implementation of Risk & Operational Excellence Framework with a specific focus on continuous improvement of existing processes and systems across cross functional business units through effective operational risk management and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and support in the development and implementation of the company’s Risk & Operational Excellence Strategic Projects and Initiatives
- Support and supervise team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs, mitigate process risks and improve product/Service quality.
- Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Train, mentor, and guide cross functional business team members in new processes.
- Supervise and maintain the departmental Risk Register/s including remediation updates from the business units.
- Act as an internal cross-functional expert providing guidance and consultation supporting the AAM Operational Excellence framework.
- Assist in reviewing and confirming any process change within ERP under the purview of information security and process controls.
- Work for special projects, risk and control gap analysis, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the company’s Operational Risk Methodology.
- Perform periodic tests of operating effectiveness for defined Internal Controls of the existing business processes as part of the operational risk management framework.
- To draft and update end to end process flowcharts of the respective departments across the company based on a thorough knowledge of company's operations and key processes.
