Job Responsibilities 1
Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations related to talent acquisition, development, and retention, including knowledge of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and performance management processes.
Skill in assessing the skills, competencies, and potential of employees through various assessment methods such as performance evaluations, competency assessments, and talent reviews to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, career development opportunities, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Knowledge of succession planning principles and practices to identify high-potential employees, develop succession plans, and facilitate talent pipelines to ensure the organization has a robust talent pool for key roles.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track talent management metrics, analyze trends, and identify insights to inform talent management strategies and decision-making processes.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is a requirement to be successful in this role.
