Finance Manager (Arabic Speaking is a must) - Construction company

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and monitor financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information, cost tracking, and project budget management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring compliance with payment terms and timely collections.
- Collaborate with external auditors, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, board meetings, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages for effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a finance team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
