• Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform routine monitoring and troubleshooting of Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement security policies and procedures related to Active Directory.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues related to user accounts, access permissions, and group policies.
• Conduct regular audits of Active Directory permissions and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Plan and execute Active Directory infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and consolidations.
• Collaborate with system administrators and network engineers to integrate Active Directory with other IT systems and applications.
