Aftermarket Manager - Pumps Manufacturing / Oil and Gas- Saudi Arabia

They specialize in energy-efficient technologies such as pumping, mixing, and separation, tailored specifically for the Oil and Gas industry.


Aftermarket Manager role entails overseeing all aspects of project and order management for PPR (Pump Parts and Repairs) orders, including Spare Parts or Projects, to ensure alignment with the company's overall business plans and strategies. This involves driving the execution of PPR (Pump Parts and Repairs) orders within the company's operation and collaborating with Finance to maintain consistency in Sales Forecast and Backlog Phasing, ensuring monthly Sales numbers are met in line with the Request for Change (RFC)


Key Accountabilities


  • Lead the Pump Parts and Repairs (PPR) Operation team to drive execution of PPR/spare parts orders.
  • Set and achieve departmental targets to enhance Request for Change (RFC) performance, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and On-Time Completion (OTC).
  • Drive accountability for all technical and commercial aspects of projects and monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee project teams' performance and Order Management for all project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Line Engineers (MLEs) to enhance strategies for On-Time Delivery and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure overall responsibility for project profitability and cash management.
  • Liaise with other Legal Entities on joint projects to ensure mutual satisfaction and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/procurement to facilitate on-time delivery and supplier performance/profitability and participate in client kick-off meetings, as necessary.
  • Attend key production meetings and participate in monthly Operations review meetings.
  • Ensure health and safety for oneself and others, in compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Energy management systems.
  • Mentor, direct, motivate, supervise, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct operational staff appraisals and facilitate staff development and training aligned with business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience in the Pump Manufacturing Industry.
  • A minimum of5 years of relevant experience in managing complex projects.
  • Strong background in supplier and customer management and negotiating contracts in a commercial setting.
  • Previous experience in staff management and client management
  • Proficiency in general computer and software skills
  • Knowledge of SAP software is preferred.
