Job Purpose:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect Estimator to oversee our client estimation team, ensuring precise assessment of project costs and timelines. This pivotal role entails analysing project specifications, conducting site visits, and working closely with multiple departments to create thorough project estimates.

The position involves:

• Collaborating with architects to interpret design plans and specifications to determine the scope of work for cost estimation.
• Developing detailed cost estimates for architectural projects, including materials, labor, and other project-related expenses .
• Conducting quantity take-offs from architectural drawings to determine the number of materials needed for construction .
• Recommending cost-effective alternatives to architectural designs to optimize project costs without compromising quality .
• Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals by providing accurate cost estimates to potential clients.
• Working with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs throughout the construction process .
• Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing for materials and services required for the project .
• Analysing project costs, preparing cost reports, and identifying areas for cost savings or potential cost overruns .

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Deep understanding of the local business culture, customs, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
