The assistant operation manager directly supports the operation director in all daily operations at all locations. The candidate will support in supervising the customer service team, improving the customer experience, procurement and maintenance activities, the candidate will also coordinate activities and events, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments within the organization.
Organizing, planning, and supporting in supervising the customer service team (shift
scheduling, attendance and leave management, development plans, etc.)
Supervising the external manpower team deployed in all the locations , to monitor
and improve their performance
Support on developing the customer service department to enhance the customer
experience through customer feedback, and all other supporting data.
Continuously training and developing the CS team .
Providing support and assistance to the customer service team in their tasks when
needed
Regularly monitoring the performance of employees and workers and providing
reports to the operations Director
Promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork among the team
Reporting all customer complaints and ensuring their resolution
Coordinating with the maintenance department for all maintenance related activities
Monitoring all customer inquiries across all communication channels
Flexibility in working hours and the ability to be present in emergency situations.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
The ability to lead a team in a motivational and positive manner.
Effective communication with clients, resolving complaints and increasing customer
satisfaction.
High ability to coordinate, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively.
Dealing with problems through critical and objective thinking and providing appropriate
solutions.
Coming up with new and innovative ideas and leading the implementation process.
High communication skills in Arabic and English
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
