This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Managing a team of circa 20 Senior/Planning Managers to deliver monthly Client executive reports to required deadlines across the programme.
Leads Integrated Master Schedule updates and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
Oversees Interface Management process and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
Oversees PMO process and procedure development, updates and rollout across the programme.
Oversees Mace and PMC Planning Teams P6 User interface administration with Client Server.
Conducts schedule onboarding sessions with new PMC staff on a monthly basis.
Deliver internal training and development courses on a monthly basis.
Contributes to the regional Mace business with lessons learned and best practice.
Contributes to Mace ‘Centre of Excellence’ and ‘Insights’ with schedule benchmark data and process developments.
Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software – Essential - Primavera P6 and Excel.
Experience with recognised international contracting/consultancy organisation.
Experience with PMO organisations (Desirable).
Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
Mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule. management systems and procedures.
Able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
Working towards Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).
