As a BIM Manager with JASARA PMC, you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies Develop and enforce BIM standards and best practices Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of BIM in civil engineering projects Mentor and train team members on BIM software and workflows Coordinate clash detection, model coordination, and quality control processes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field 101-15 years of proven experience as a BIM Manager or similar role Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, methodologies, and software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently* Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction industry is preferred
