We are looking for a talented and skilled Business Analyst in Human Capital Management / Success Factors to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Y
ou will be responsible to provide functional and technical assistance in SAP HCM/SF to ensure optimal utilization of the technology.Duties & Responsibilities- Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes of Human Capital Management.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
- Ensure solutions are available to the users.
- Assist business by providing support and rollout out new solutions around Human Capital Management Solutions.
- Implement and support the best practice solutions across the business.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the system.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Support business users in delivery of end user training as required
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
Bachelors Degree or higher, Preferably Engineering, SAP Certification in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
Minimum 5-10 years' of experience in SAP Human Capital Management / Success Factors
