Job Description

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Skills

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Operational Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
  • Strong project management skills
