Carpenter

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Routine checking/inspection of fire doors of hospital.

1. Attend complaints from the departments/sections after getting work order from the concerned departments/sections. Attending minor repair works immediately on receiving service calls and obtains work orders for the same from the concerned section.

1. Regular checking Doors and Door hinges and ensure that doors are intact, no noise, hinges are functioning freely.

1. Ensure that there are no stained or broken roof tiles.  In that case, take immediate step to change them.

1. Responsible to keep and maintain duplicate keys of all doors by allocating individual door number.

1. Submitting requisition for spare parts well in advance and keep some spare parts to meet urgent requirements.

1. Consult with Engineering Director in case of any problem, connected with his trade work.

1. Ensure to obtain CONSTRUCTION INFECTION CONTROL PERMIT where necessary.

Qualifications          :

10th pass. Knowledge and experience in carpentry.

Professional Experience  :

A minimum two years’ experience in Carpentry works.

Specialized Skills   :

1. Able to write and speak in English
2. Can communicate in Arabic Language.
