CEO | Construction Support Services

Job Context:As the CEO of the services division, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of our services serving the construction sector. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing service delivery, expanding our offerings, and ensuring our continued growth and profitability.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals, with a primary focus on enhancing services for the construction sector.
• Lead the organization in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities within the construction industry. Diversify revenue streams and foster innovation in service offerings.
• Take ownership of the financial health of the services division by establishing and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and forecasts. Implement cost-effective measures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee all aspects of the services division, ensuring service quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Streamline processes for maximum efficiency and expand our clientele and project portfolio.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to our services within the construction sector. Implement strategies to minimize delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and industry standards. Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in all service operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, with a focus on emerging technologies and sustainability. Drive innovation and environmentally-friendly practices in our services.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction , Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant degree is a plus
• A minimum of 20 years of cumulative experience,with significant tenure as a CEO or in senior executive roles within the construction industry, particularly in areas related to construction support services.
• Strong understanding of construction project management, including safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Experience in restructuring companies in a manner consistent with achieving the company’s future goals.
• A proper financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices.
