Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Structural Estimator is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and structural construction projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborating with engineers to interpret structural designs and specifications to determine the scope of work for cost estimation.
• Developing detailed cost estimates for civil and structural projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Conducting quantity take-offs from structural drawings to determine the amount of materials needed for construction.
• Recommending cost-effective solutions and alternatives to structural designs to optimize project costs without compromising structural integrity.
• Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals by providing accurate cost estimates to potential clients.
• Working with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs throughout the construction process.
• Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing for structural materials and services required for the project.
• Analyzing project costs, preparing cost reports, and identifying areas for cost savings or potential cost overruns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Saudi Arabian nationality is preferred, with a deep understanding of the local business culture, customs, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
