• Leading the Creative team to produce new ideas for our client’s branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Meeting with clients or executives to discuss their requirements and vision
• Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the creative team to develop ideas for campaigns and projects
• Pitching concepts to clients or directors by means of innovative presentations
• Assisting the client in resolving issues by providing different creative solutions.
• Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
• Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
• Lead on BTL and ATL creative work with all their needs.
• Assist the digital, retail and FFM departments in creating Creative work for the client.
• Attend shoots and photoshoots for different campaign, follow up, and give constructive feedback throughout all the process starting from the pre-production phase to the post-production and all what comes in between.
• Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget
• Nurturing a work environment that is conducive to creative thinking
• Hiring, managing and motivating creative team members
· Bachelor's degree from Art college or University or equivalent
· 8+ years' of proven experience in a similar creative role, and minimum 3 years as a creative director.
· Previous experience working in an international agency.
· Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
· Good command of English & Arabic skills in writing and presentation.
· Attention to details and ability to work within strict deadlines.
· Strong presentation skills and effective client relations skills.
