Delivery Manager

<H3>About the role</H3><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Dammam to oversee and optimize our technology-focused program. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility to work from home while occasionally visiting EPAM offices, client sites.<br/>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of software development projects, ensuring optimal implementation, performance and completion. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven experience in Waterfall project management methodologies.<br/><br/>RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Coordinate and manage the delivery of a multi-project program using Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations</li><li>Oversee program progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of each project within the scope</li><li>Work with product owners and engineering teams to ensure clear communication, remove obstacles and address project challenges promptly</li><li>Monitor project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and coordinate with resource managers for any needs</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and implementing best practices for project management</li></ul><br/>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus</li><li>Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification</li><li>Proven experience in managing multi-project programs in a technical environment with a demonstrable track record of success</li><li>Experience working with and managing software development teams, full-stack engineers and other technical professionals</li><li>Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies with a focus on Waterfall.
