Job Description

a)      Develop strategies, implement campaigns, and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO to drive traffic, engagement, and retention.


b)     Excellent at optimization of digital campaigns in terms of reaching the right audience.


c)      Develop budget allocations across media, media mix scenarios, resulting in strategic and effective media plans.


d)     Buy media advertising space for clients and provide estimates of audience and costs.


e)     Analyzing campaigns; providing clients with innovative ideas; developing media strategies.


f)       Ensure that media objectives, strategies and executional guidelines are clearly communicated to media buyers.


g)      Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA, and reporting of campaigns.


h)     Track KPIs and develop reporting process to assess performance and implement actions accordingly.


i)       Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing while developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.


j)       Ensure documentation of all marketing initiatives including assessment reports and feedback.


k)      Create and manage day to day online advertising and lead generation campaigns.


l)       Recommend topical content in line with client goals identified by client metrics such as keyword research, landing pages, competitor analysis, content mapping, and other types of content analysis.


m)    Manage multiple client requests and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work.


n)     Determines the scope of the technical effort required on the assigned tasks


o)     Recommend topical content in line with client goals identified by client metrics such as keyword research, landing pages, competitor analysis, content mapping, and other types of content analysis.


p)     Manage multiple client requests and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work.


q)     Determines the scope of the technical effort required on the assigned tasks.



1)     BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or relevant field.


2)     3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.


3)     Saudi national only.


4)     Marketing & Advertising agencies background (at least 1 year).
