Job Description

As the Education Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic partnerships for our education-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, universities, educational technology companies, and government agencies. Additionally, you will lead efforts to develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within the education market.


Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, universities, educational institutions, and corporate training programs.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives to drive mutual success. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication and collaboration.
  3. Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop products, services, and solutions tailored to the needs of the market in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  5. Manage student recruitment initiatives and oversee the team's performance to ensure successful progress towards recruitment goals.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  8. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to partnership and business development activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education industry. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. 
  2. Proven track record of success in partnership development, business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  3. Strong understanding of the education industry, including knowledge of key stakeholders, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and industry leaders.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive results.
  9. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  10. Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the field.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  12. Willingness to travel as needed.
