Enterprise Architect

Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Business Applications and Systems Integration (Arabic speaker) 

Location: Onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: As an Enterprise Architect specializing in business applications and systems integration, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient architectures that facilitate seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. With a focus on optimizing business processes and workflows, you will play a key role in driving technological innovation and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive architectural strategy aligned with business goals, IT initiatives, and industry best practices.
• Business Applications Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of enterprise-level business applications, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Systems Integration: Define and implement integration strategies and solutions to enable seamless communication and data exchange between diverse business systems and applications.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and integration tools, recommending adoption or integration where beneficial to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software developers, and infrastructure engineers, to drive integration initiatives and address technical challenges.
• Standards and Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance across integrated systems.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration efforts, implementing appropriate controls to enhance data security and system resilience.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of integrated systems and applications, implementing tuning and optimization measures to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear and concise architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations to communicate integration designs, decisions, and best practices to stakeholders.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior architects and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on business applications and systems integration.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level business applications and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with a variety of integration protocols and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, ETL, APIs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of guiding architectural initiatives and project teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
