EPMO Reporting Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

EPMO

• Accountable for development and implementation of new or changing dashboard reports and supporting database elements as required.
• Accountable for ongoing production and maintenance of EPMO Reporting Suite and the distribution of reports and dashboards
• Identify and report on objectives, KPIs, and targets, and measure / report on the performance of the Oxagon Departments against such metrics
• Identify the misalignments and potential issues present in the reports, to generate a view of the areas of attention to escalate to the Planning & Integration Director
• Support the Business Partners in the management of the governance forums by ensuring that all governance meeting pre-read, inputs and reports have been collated, consolidated and circulated to attendees and recipients.
• Responsible for leading the development and implementation of new visualisations / reports as required
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining and updating EPMO processes and reporting templates
• Responsible for driving alignment and agreement of EPMO owned reporting and data definitions across Oxagon to enable consistent reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Role specific requirements

• Proficiency in business intelligence solutions including Microsoft PowerBi, Power Query, etc. and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information and influence executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Reporting Management roles

General Requirements

• High level of personal impact and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerBi, etc.) and productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Experience in large complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Professional Degree in Business or related field, Masters Degree or MBA is an advantage
