Job Description

  • SAP Modules: HCM, FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM
  • Serves as the primary point of contact between the key users and the ERP vendor for issues related to overall system management.
  • Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system and ensure seamless integration with all peripheral programs and systems.
  • Diagnosis of operational issues related SAP set up and functionality.
  • Support for timely coordination of troubleshooting and configuration of SAP transactions.
  • Predict and suggest system improvements.
  • SAP enhancements.
  • Ensuring that the processes or projects are in line with the company policies.
  • Operate, Administrate and monitoring the good functionality of SAP.
  • Interact with all the functional areas for develop and design the administrative processes for SAP usage.
  • Define and Document all the process and transactions for support and the correct usage of SAP.
  • Identify business and user needs in SAP, develop and present action plans.
  • Coordinate Access to SAP or required roles for End User to achieve their functions
  • Mentoring, Train, Support and Solve problems in SAP for the End User in the different departments or areas.


Skills

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers, Management Information System, programming, or other related subjects.
  • High-level of English proficiency is a must.
  • 3 + years of experience in similar position.
  • SAP Coordinator.
  • Experience in SAP implementation process.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
