Majors Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
• Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
• Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
• Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by department head.
• Receive visitors to the department head office.
• Attend and minute all departments’ meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
• Maintain the office filing system.
• Make arrangements for any meetings required by department head.
• Operate standard office equipment such as fax, photocopier etc.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of contacts for department use.
• Ensures the availability of adequate offices supplies and stationeries.
• Performing all HR related matter at the region
