  • You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Advises on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.


  • Manages planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.


  • Oversees planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies. Influences complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.


  • Ability to communicate effectively with client/s, project team and stakeholders.


  • Creates plans and analyses trends using numerical and statistical techniques.


  • Supports senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development.


  • Leads the planning team and provides leadership and direction through managers/team.Inspires and empower individuals within their portfolio to deliver high quality standards and outputs.


  • Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.


  • Provides performance management, technical & career development, and coaching.


  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.


You’ll need to have:


  • A bachelor’s degree in related field.


  • Good communications skills.


  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.


  • Experience with recognised international consultancy organisation.


  • Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software – Essential - Primavera P6 & Excel.


You’ll also have:


  • Experience with PMO organisations.
  • Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.


  • Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes.


  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.  


  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.  


  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.  


  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working.
