Finance Director

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt and abroad.

Our client is a leading digital transformation enabler and systems integrator in the MEA region, designing and deploying industry-specific technology solutions for asset-intensive industries such as Telecoms, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Transportation. Over 2,000 professionals spread throughout the region with anchor offices in Cairo, Riyadh, Dubai, Doha, Nairobi, and New Jersey, allowing the Company to service an ever-increasing client base in over 40 countries.
Job Title: Finance Director

Job Summary:

The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing financial
operations within the KSA market. This role focuses on ensuring financial
compliance, managing financial functions, and providing strategic
financial guidance. The Finance Director will lead teams in accounting,
collections, treasury, and taxes.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Risk Management:

1. Develop innovative financing solutions to support business growth plans, including fostering relationships in the banking and investment sectors.
2. Assist in achieving or exceeding profit and loss (P/L) targets within the
   region.
3. Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
4. Provide financial insights into strategic management decisions,
   acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
5. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.
   
   Finance Management & Operations:

1. Review and approve financial transactions, internal control procedures,
   and financial reporting activities.
2. Ensure the implementation of suitable financial systems, processes, and protocols across all facets of the company's financial management.
3. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit phases
4. Review the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
5. Build and manage relations with financial stakeholders across all regions.

People Development:

1. Coach, develop, and mentor high-performing team members and future leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Min 15 years of experience with a strong background in finance and accounting, including exposure to multicultural markets (KSA Market is a must) with at least 5 years of experience in senior managerial positions.
2. Postgraduate studies are mandatory CPA, CMA, and MBA are an asset.
3. Solid knowledge of strategic finance management.
4. Budgeting and forecasting.
5. Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
6. Strong investor relation portfolio.
7. Strong communication skills. Change leader.
8. Strong knowledge and skill in different negotiation strategies.
