Financial Modeler - Real Estate

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Project Duration: 4 months, subject to extension. 

Years of experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
We're seeking a skilled Financial Modeler with 3-5 years of expertise, preferably in the Real Estate sector. Proficient in financial analysis, Excel, BI tools, and presentation creation. The role involves daily financial reporting, market assessments, and addressing client needs. 
 

Experience:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Modeler.
• Having experience in the Real Estate sector is a huge advantage.
• Proficient in conducting financial analysis using Excel and BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create and edit presentation decks in PowerPoint and draft memos in Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling activities in the real estate sector.
• Address ad-hoc client requests daily to meet financial reporting requirements to shareholders.
• Conduct research and high-level market assessments based on client needs.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative matters and requests.
• Create PowerPoint decks, Excel spreadsheet analyses, Word document memos, and other relevant documentation.
• Attend internal and external meetings, collaborating with advisors as needed.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the electric vehicles and related industries is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
