As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the guest relations team and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and care. You will work closely with the front office team, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the guest relations team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and VIP arrangements
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures
