Job Description

Role Overview:

The Head of the Franchise will spearhead the development and execution of the franchise strategy, transforming the company into a household name in automotive care and making it a preferred route to entrepreneurship amongst the Saudi youth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, demonstrable franchise management expertise, a passion for brand building and highly meticulous implementation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise strategy to expand our network across targeted regions.
  • Create, refine, and enforce franchise policies and standards to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Lead the creation of franchise manuals and training programs, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and support of franchisees, ensuring their success and compliance with our standards.
  • Manage and support a very large network of stations, ensuring operational excellence and brand alignment.
  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance and support to elevate their businesses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain stringent control and quality assurance processes across all franchise operations to ensure compliance with national standards and company policies.
  •  Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
     
  • Proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably in the automotive or quick service industry but other retail-based industries may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a franchise brand from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large networks or teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and enforcing control and quality standards in a franchising environment or similar setting. 
  • Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to train and motivate franchisees.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through franchising.
  • Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
