JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's health and safety programs to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop and implement corrective actions Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices Maintain accurate documentation and records related to health and safety Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in health and safety management Proven knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are strongly preferred Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required* Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
