Job Description

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on assigned equipment, identifying and addressing any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with construction teams and project managers, interpreting blueprints and coordinating machinery operations to meet project deadlines and adhere to specifications.
  • Work closely with construction teams and project leaders, understanding job requirements and coordinating machinery operations for timely project completion.

Skills

  • Proficient in operating a variety of heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders, with a keen understanding of each machine's functions and capabilities.
  • Consistently adheres to safety protocols, maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of personal protective equipment, equipment inspections, and participation in regular safety meetings.
  • Exhibits excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination, combined with the ability to work in diverse and challenging environments, highlighting adaptability and problem-solving skills on complex construction sites.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely completion of construction and excavation tasks by interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and work orders to execute precise and efficient movements of heavy equipment.
