Job Description

Room Cleaning and Maintenance:Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed. Dust and polish furniture. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. Bathroom Cleaning:Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, tiles, and surfaces. Replenish toiletries and towels. Public Area Maintenance:Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators. Empty trash containers and replace liners. Dust and clean surfaces in public spaces. Laundry Responsibilities:Collect and launder linens and towels. Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and dirty linens. Guest Interaction:Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests or concerns promptly. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards:Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately. Team Collaboration:Coordinate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service. Communicate effectively with other departments as needed. Inventory Management:Report any shortages or replenishment needs for cleaning supplies and amenities. RequirementsPrevious experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
