We are seeking an HR Advisor that will be a centralized role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia supporting the rest of the Kingdom.


Responsibilities


  • Act as the focal point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics in your area of responsibility.
  • Coordinating employee’s evaluation process and supporting Hiring Managers in this area.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as employee lifecycle, leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise etc)
  • Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues including the HRSS team in Bangalore.
  • Working closely with the KSA immigration, facilities, payroll and finance departments.
  • Ability to give advice and guidance to employees on various HR policies and processes.
  • Help and advise on disciplinary actions, grievances, and redundancies.
  • Oversee the human resources administrative procedures in the company and ensure that labor policies are implemented.
  • Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
  • Support Business to drive the initiatives to foster learning culture and competence development.
  • Guide & Align newcomers to the business by closely working with their Line managers & Assimilation programs. (e.g. Performance Management, Merit, bonus activities)
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and building employee engagement and creating good place to work flex-work organization.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Technical Requirements


  • Up to 3 years of generalist human resources experience gained within a busy, professional and customer facing environment including experience of dealing with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Robust IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook – knowledge of InfoPath and SharePoint also beneficial
  • Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with KSA employment law and practice.
  • Very strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
  • Saudi national preferred
