- Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: They participate in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Employee Onboarding and Training: HR Generalists help onboard new employees and organize training and development initiatives.
- Handling HR-Related Queries: They serve as the main point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions.
- Policy Development and Implementation: HR Generalists contribute to creating and implementing HR policies.
- Performance Management: They assist with performance reviews and analyze HR metrics.
- Maintaining Employee Records: HR Generalists maintain employee files and records.
About You
