Dailymealz is currently looking for a talented and professional Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate who has a very solid knowledge about Human Resources procedures and passion about recruiting new employees, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
His/ her main responsibilities will include maintaining employees records, labor law implementation and recruiting. To fit in this role, you should be an excellent negotiator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
Personnel:
Responsible for all Personnel activities such as contracts renewal, work permit renewal, services transfer, Iqama renewal and all types of personnel duties through the governmental platforms Qiwa, Gosi and Muqeem
Upload the required payroll files on Mudad platform and ensure that company is abiding by the Saudi Labor System
Maintaining Nitaq as targeted to ensure full utilization of government support and to avoid any penalties
Insure that all employees follow the company’s policy and procedures
Proceed employees requests through the HR system
Manage flight bookings for annual leaves -for non-Saudis-, business trips, etc. according to company's travel policy
Update health insurance records by adding or deleting members
Investigate employees' violations and suggest proper disciplinary actions as per the violation and disciplinary policy

Recruitment:
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Design and update job descriptions to reach out the most accurate duties form for each role
Advertise job vacancies on various social media channels and professional platform
Screen incoming applicants and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Conduct the HR part by interviewing candidates via phone, video and in-person
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Sent job offer to selected candidate and follow up to clarify compensation and benefits
Conduct employee’s onboarding plan and HR orientation for new hires
Responsible for documentation employees’ custody
Handle End of Service process (EOS) for exiting employees in accordance with the HR policies and procedures and the Saudi Labor System
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2 years of proven experience in a similar role
English language fluency
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and dealing with the governmental platforms
