Job Description

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Meet the dynamic recruitment stages through efficient planning.
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organisation and create clear job requirement templates.
  • Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.
  • Weekly accommodation visit
  • Organize and complete employees files.

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.
  • Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
  • Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.
  • Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
