JASARA Program Management Company (JASARA PMC) is currently seeking a Hub - Integration & Interface Senior Manager to join their team. JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Jacobs, and Public Investment Fund (PIF), is dedicated to delivering high-quality Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.
As the Hub - Integration & Interface Senior Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring effective integration and interface management across multiple projects within the company. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to facilitate seamless coordination and communication. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, supporting the goals of Vision 2030 and making a positive impact on the development of the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the integration and interface management strategy for multiple projects within the company. Ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders involved in different projects. Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks related to integration and interface issues. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Manage and mentor a team of integration and interface professionals. Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and procedures. Utilize project management tools and systems to support integration and interface activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management. Demonstrated experience in managing complex integration and interface challenges across multiple projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
