Brief:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team
and help us expand our customer base in the e-commerce industry. In this role, you will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with
potential customers, and closing sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to
develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
What will you do?
Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the e-commerce industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
and retention
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes that may impact our customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and logistics is a plus
