• Develop detailed BIM models for interior fit-out projects using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret design intent and convert concepts into accurate BIM models.
• Ensure the integration and coordination of interior fit-out elements within the overall building model, resolving clashes and discrepancies as needed.
• Create and manage construction documentation derived from BIM models, including drawings, schedules, and material specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to address design changes, challenges, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM methodologies and software enhancements, incorporating innovative solutions into project workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in interior fit-out projects within the GCC region.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Demonstrated experience in creating detailed and accurate BIM models for interior spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
